3…2…1 GO! / THE $321 APP PLAYBOOK

A plan you can put
in front of a builder.

Work out what the app needs to do before committing to the full build. The playbook brings the people, screens, workflow and important decisions together.

01 / THE PRODUCT
Who it helps, what they need to do, and the experience worth building.
02 / THE FIRST VERSION
What must work first, what can wait, and what a prototype should let you test.
03 / THE CONNECTIONS
Existing tools, information, access roles and the parts we can build, buy or reuse.
04 / THE OPEN QUESTIONS
Risks, assumptions, cost drivers and decisions to resolve before a credible build scope.

Use the playbook to plan a build with Prospera or another builder. Its depth and deliverables are defined with you.

PROSPERA / APP PLAYBOOKCrewday · volunteer shifts

Fictional sample · explore the planning decisions

01 / FIRST VERSION

Help a volunteer find and claim the right shift.

Begin with published shifts, clear roles, a claim request and coordinator confirmation.

  • Must have: shift details, volunteer claims and coordinator confirmation.
  • Test in a prototype: can a volunteer claim a shift without confusion?
  • Later: multi-event reporting, calendar integrations and automated suggestions.

A planning example, not a completed client app or a quote.

THREE WAYS TO TAKE THE IDEA FORWARD

Plan it.
Try it. Build it.

You can ask us to help shape the idea, make a focused prototype, or quote the application you’re ready to build.

Know what
you’re asking to build.

The people and the problem

Who will use it and what needs to be easier.

02
The first experience

The screens, choices and information the job needs.

03
The build priorities

What to start with, what to leave for later and what needs checking.

$321 / playbook

Turn the idea
into a build playbook.

Work through the purpose, the users and the proposed app with us. Leave with a build playbook you can use to decide what comes next.

The playbook’s depth and deliverables are agreed before the work begins. It is a plan for a build, not a completed application.

YOU DON’T NEED THE TECHNICAL BLUEPRINT

Start with the job.
We’ll help shape the app.

  1. 01

Tell us what you have in mind.

The people it helps, the way the work happens now and what you’d like to change.

  2. 02

    See the proposed experience.

Work through the important screens and the first flow. Question it while the idea is still easy to shape.

  3. 03

    Agree what gets built.

Clear features, connections, review points and delivery scope before the build begins.

BEFORE YOU START

A few things
worth knowing.

Do I need a complete app idea?

No. Start with the problem, the people who experience it and the way you wish the work happened. We can help you shape the idea into a proposed application.

What does the $1,000 prototype include?

A focused prototype of one agreed idea or core workflow. We agree the screens, behavior and limits first. Production release, hosting, further development and provider usage are separate unless they are included in an agreed scope.

Can I take the playbook to another builder?

The purpose of the playbook is to give you a clearer plan you can take forward. We agree the actual documents and deliverables with you before starting.

Can an app work with our existing tools?

We look at the tools, their supported connections, access requirements and the work you want them to do together. We confirm what is practical before promising the integration.

Is the app above a live product?

These are illustrative examples to explain possible starting points. Choosing an example does not build an app, create a customer record or activate a service.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BUILD?
