These pages explain our service approach. The applicable signed agreement and service schedule set the work, commercial terms and specific commitments for your engagement. Information on this website does not silently amend an existing signed agreement.

The details behind
the service.
A policy should tell your team what is agreed, what needs checking and who is responsible. It should be backed by the actual service configuration.
BEFORE AN AFFECTED SERVICE GOES LIVE
Make the commitment specific.
The agreement must identify the parties, work, price and currency, included capacity, responsibilities, providers, permitted data, acceptance and exit terms. Security or availability promises need matching implementation evidence.
Retention, notification, support, availability, liability and commercial commitments are specified in the applicable agreement. We confirm the relevant commitments before the affected service begins.
What remains in effect today?
The published Privacy & Intake Policy, published service policies and applicable signed agreements remain in place. Changes to a signed engagement follow the agreement’s notice and acceptance requirements.
