Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Prospera and request a conversation. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the intake form for spam. Site content is general information, not legal, accounting, tax, medical, or financial advice.

02

Your agreement defines the work

Submitting a form, viewing a demonstration, or speaking with Prospera does not create a subscription or guarantee availability, pricing, results, or a launch date. Paid work begins after both sides accept a written order form, statement of work, or service agreement that identifies the exact scope.

Your signed agreement controls the services, deliverables, implementation work, fees and currency, taxes, included capacity, milestones, support, term, dependencies and exclusions. Client-specific terms take precedence over this general policy. This update does not replace or retroactively amend an existing signed agreement.

03

Prospera OS and managed services

Prospera combines an operating workspace with the services and operating support agreed for your business. The software, the capabilities available within it, and the work Prospera manages for you are related but distinct parts of the engagement.

Depending on the agreed scope, services may include Company Brain and business knowledge, relationships and sales workflows, Sales Companion, Sales Academy and playbooks, the Messaging Engine, AI Voice, social and marketing work, websites and intake, automation, custom applications, and delivery workflows.

Access to a feature or a full OS does not by itself include unlimited managed work, every integration, provider usage, or activation of every capability. Selected capabilities, implementation, ongoing responsibilities and any additional costs are confirmed in writing.

04

Agreement, onboarding and activation

Where included in the engagement, the client portal brings the proposed plan, agreement, questions, approvals and delivery steps together. Drafts, previews and test acknowledgements are for review. A labelled signing or acceptance step applies to the specific document and version presented; it does not approve unrelated work.

After agreement, we confirm the business information, authorized people, required access and materials for the scoped work. Configuration and testing come before client review and approval of the relevant release. A signed agreement, payment, completed intake or preview does not by itself activate customer-facing services.

Launch dates depend on the agreed scope, necessary access, client feedback, testing and approval. Each capability is activated only when its requirements are met. Preview, beta, planned, optional or future features are committed deliverables only when the signed scope expressly includes them.

05

Shared responsibilities and company knowledge

Prospera configures, tests and supports the work within the agreed scope. The client names authorized approvers, provides accurate and lawful business information and materials, and gives timely feedback.

Clients approve their offers, prices, policies, service areas, claims, FAQs and customer-facing material. Uploaded files, meeting notes and AI suggestions require review before being treated as approved company knowledge. Conflicts or missing facts need clarification; an AI suggestion is not authority to invent a price, promise or policy.

Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, team activity, lead follow-up and industry obligations. Prospera remains responsible for its own obligations in delivering the agreed service.

06

Sales Companion and call assistance

Sales Companion supports preparation, practice, live conversation assistance and follow-up where those functions are included and configured. Its guidance is based on the available context and approved company information. It can misunderstand a situation or offer an unsuitable suggestion; the person using it decides what to say or do.

Call assistance does not authorize recording, transcription, contacting a customer or updating another system. Recording and transcription require a separately agreed purpose, access, handling rules and any necessary participant notices or consent. Test scenarios and practice results do not establish customer outcomes.

07

AI, automation and human approval

AI-generated content, recommendations and classifications can be incomplete or wrong. We use approved sources, review, testing and escalation appropriate to the agreed workflow, but do not promise error-free output.

Customer-facing messages, offers, claims, scripts and consequential actions require the human approval specified in the service scope. An approved automated workflow may operate within its recorded limits; material changes to its purpose, audience, permissions, spending or approved content require renewed approval.

An instruction typed into the OS does not override permissions or purchasing limits. Preparing a draft, requesting an action and completing an external action are separate steps.

08

Messaging, outreach and consent

Preparing or approving wording in the Messaging Engine does not by itself send, schedule or enroll anyone in a campaign. Delivery requires an included and activated channel, an authorized audience, approved purpose and cadence, and the required consent and suppression controls.

Clients must establish the lawfulness and consent status of the contact data they provide for each intended channel and purpose. An unknown consent status is not permission to make contact. Both parties must meet their applicable obligations. Opt-outs, unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact restrictions must be respected; a previously approved message does not override them.

Commercial email and text messages, voice calls and advertising can have different legal and platform requirements. We review the intended channel before activation, including applicable Canadian anti-spam and telemarketing rules and rules in other relevant jurisdictions.

09

AI Voice and voice providers

AI Voice is available only where included, configured and approved for the intended use. Voice, model and provider choices depend on suitability, availability, rights, cost and the agreed scope. A demonstration of a voice does not establish a live calling service.

Before activation, the parties confirm the call purpose, audience, approved company knowledge, scripts, identity and disclosure, permitted actions, handoff or escalation path, contact restrictions and funded usage. Outbound calls require the applicable consent and telemarketing checks.

Voice cloning or imitation of an identifiable person requires documented authorization from the person or rights holder. Recording or transcription requires separately agreed handling and any legally required notice or consent. AI voice can mishear or respond incorrectly; human escalation must be addressed in the deployment plan.

10

Fees, capacity and cancellation

The order form or service agreement sets the price, currency, payment dates, taxes, implementation fees, recurring services, included capacity, renewal, cancellation, pause and refund terms. We do not charge a payment method because someone submits a website form or opens a portal.

Prospera-managed paid usage has no automatic postpaid overage billing. Additional variable-cost work requires available included capacity or a separately approved, prepaid capacity addition or upgrade. When usable capacity is exhausted, no new paid usage begins until capacity is available; work already in progress follows the agreed service and provider rules. The applicable units, limits and reset terms must be stated before activation.

Third-party subscriptions, advertising budgets and other provider charges are identified separately where relevant. Client-owned provider accounts remain subject to their own billing terms. We do not activate additional paid services or increase a budget outside the agreed purchasing authority. Unconfirmed usage prices or allowances must be resolved before the affected paid service starts.

11

Ownership, exports and exit

Clients retain ownership of their business data, records, brand and materials. They grant Prospera the limited permission needed to deliver the agreed services. Prospera retains its software, frameworks, prompts, templates, workflows, designs and reusable system components.

Client-specific deliverable rights, account ownership, export formats and any transfer of source code or intellectual property are defined in the signed agreement. Access to a managed service does not itself transfer ownership of the underlying Prospera system.

On exit, we follow the agreed process for stopping or transferring services, reviewing pending actions, returning or exporting client-owned material, removing access and handling remaining fees. Retention, deletion and any legal or backup exceptions must be confirmed for the engagement; an export does not by itself prove that every copy has been deleted.

12

Company data, access and confidentiality

Company material is used for the agreed service and handled through the approved channels. Access is limited to authorized people and the purposes and permissions required for their work. Sharing a platform does not authorize sharing one client’s private information with another client.

Use individual invitations and delegated access where supported. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, bank or card details through an ordinary form, email, chat or Company Brain upload. If a secure access or material-handling method has not been agreed, the affected intake or connection waits.

Do not provide highly sensitive or regulated material unless its use and safeguards have been expressly agreed in writing. The parties’ confidentiality, processing, retention, incident-handling and deletion obligations are set out in the applicable agreement and data-processing terms. Reasonable safeguards do not constitute a promise of absolute security.

13

Providers, integrations and data handling

Prospera may use infrastructure, storage, hosting, AI, communication and other providers to deliver approved services. A connected service may process the data needed for the authorized task under the applicable provider and engagement terms.

Provider identity, permitted data, processing locations, retention and any necessary data-processing terms must be confirmed for the affected service before private data is connected. Tell us about residency or provider restrictions before setup; availability of a compliant configuration must be established before that use proceeds.

Providers can change their features, terms, availability and prices or experience outages. A replacement that materially changes approved cost, access or data handling needs review under the engagement’s change process.

14

Service improvement and learning

Using the OS, uploading company information, approving a message or signing an agreement does not itself authorize publication of private material or reuse of a client’s records, recordings or confidential information for other clients or shared model training.

Any agreed use of engagement information for broader service improvement must specify the permitted material, purpose and safeguards. Private business facts do not become shared company knowledge automatically. Suggested lessons and patterns require review before becoming approved operating guidance.

15

Support, changes and continuity

The agreement defines the support contact, service hours, response expectations, maintenance responsibilities and included improvement work. Requests outside that scope are reviewed and agreed separately.

Material changes to active services are communicated and handled through the agreed change process. Integrations and customer-facing workflows may need to pause for a defect, safety concern, lost access or provider interruption.

Any backup, recovery, availability or response-time commitment must be expressly included in the service scope. A demonstration, local copy or status screen is not a guarantee of uptime or recovery.

16

Acceptable use

Do not use Prospera services for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deception, unauthorized impersonation, unauthorized access, rights infringement, or contact that ignores consent or suppression requirements. Do not misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice or an approved business fact.

Access and services may be restricted in accordance with the agreement and applicable law where necessary to address misuse, a material breach, non-payment or urgent risk. Any suspension, termination or associated fees remain governed by the applicable written terms.

17

Results and liability

Prospera helps improve systems, preparation, execution and learning. Sales, leads, close rates, revenue, profit, rankings, campaign performance and adoption depend on factors outside Prospera’s control. We do not guarantee specific business results or error-free AI.

To the extent permitted by law, Prospera is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss; any more specific liability allocation in a signed agreement controls. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18

Privacy requests and website intake

Our Privacy & Intake Policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. Website inquiry consent, marketing consent and permission to operate a client service are distinct. A request for a conversation does not authorize an automated outreach campaign.

For access, correction, deletion, a privacy concern or a question about client data handling, contact cory@prosperarevops.com. Where Prospera is handling information for a client, the request may need to be coordinated with that client and the relevant record owner.

19

Law, updates and contact

These website and general service policies are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Your signed agreement governs material terms for your engagement and any specific dispute provisions.

This version was updated on October 8, 2026. Changes to an active client’s material terms follow that client’s agreement and applicable notice or acceptance requirements. Publishing a new version does not silently change an existing signed scope.

20

Additional software and service detail

The nineteen sections above preserve the substantive October 8 public service-policy baseline. The proposed Software, data & security and Managed software & custom work pages add the deployment and contracting detail being prepared for the redesigned site. The expanded Privacy & intake draft distinguishes the new local brief from existing public capture.

These additions are not in force, do not amend a signed agreement and are not a claim that every described control has been implemented. Exact commercial, processing, security and liability decisions still need to be agreed for the relevant service.
