Build my Starting BriefIs Prospera software, a service or both?
Both. Prospera RevOps is the team that helps plan, build, connect and improve the operating system around your business. Prospera OS and selected capabilities can become part of that system when they fit the agreed scope.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. We first identify what already works, what should remain and where the real gap is. Sometimes the best answer is connecting or improving what you already have.
Can I begin with one problem?
Yes. A focused first build is often the clearest way to create something useful, learn from real use and decide what should come next.
What is included in the monthly package?
Your selected package reserves operating capacity, an agreed department and build sequence, an operating rhythm and the corresponding support level. The exact work is confirmed in your scope.
What is an implementation cost?
Implementation covers larger initial creation or setup such as a website, custom application, CRM setup, migration or integration. It is quoted before that work begins rather than hidden inside the monthly package.
Which costs are separate?
Software, hosting, advertising, telephony, messaging, APIs and other third-party provider or usage costs remain visible and separate.
Is the eight-day timeline guaranteed?
No. It is a possible first-deployment timeline for a focused scope when required access, content and approvals are ready. Larger or more complex builds take longer.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Sending the brief creates no commitment. Your commitment, review points and cancellation terms are shown and agreed before work begins, so you can evaluate the real arrangement rather than a vague promise.
What if the first system is not working as expected?
We compare the real workflow with the agreed outcome, identify what needs attention and decide whether to improve, adjust or pause expansion. “Prove” means learning from real use—not pretending every first version is perfect.
Can Prospera build a custom website or application?
Yes. Websites and custom apps can be scoped as part of the system, built as a focused project or connected to Prospera OS when that creates a better experience.
Will Prospera send messages, make calls or publish automatically?
Only when the exact capability, provider, permissions, approvals and operating boundaries have been configured and tested. Selecting a capability or sending a brief does not activate external actions.
Who owns the information and completed work?
Access, ownership, export, retention and offboarding expectations are made explicit in the relevant scope and agreement before private information or a production capability is handled.
